Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days after processing (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Domestic & Canada Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

International shipping options may be expanded in the future.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

LovelyRootAmplify™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property (front door, side door, mailbox, parcel locker)
  2. Check with neighbors or building management
  3. Contact your local carrier (USPS, etc.) to verify delivery location

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, LovelyRootAmplify™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier and locating your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you.
