We want you to have a smooth and positive experience with LovelyRootAmplify™. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used hair care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
Exchanges
We only replace items if they:
- Arrived damaged
- Arrived incorrect
- Arrived defective
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover replacement shipping
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, LovelyRootAmplify™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Please check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the carrier directly
- Reach out to us, and we will assist where possible
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and assist as quickly as possible.
